Events & Specialist Training

We have trained groups with a variety of goals, including :-

  • Three Peaks Training – ie. Fell Running
  • Triathlon training - from Sprint to full Ironman distance
  • Distance Cycling Events
  • Kayaking & Rafting

If you have a group of people who want to train for a specific event contact us and we can discuss your requirements and how we can help with your training both inside and outside the gym. We can put together a course designed to address your requirements and give you exclusive usage of the gym if needed

  • In 2013 we trained a group of 12 who all successfully completed a 10 hour Mountain Biking & Kayaking Challenge in the Lake District.
    (39km of Kayaking & 59km of cycling - including climbing "The Struggle" Kirkstone Pass)
  • In 2014 we trained a group of 10 who all successfully completed the Scotland Coast to Coast Challenge in September
    This is a two day endurance challenge, traversing from the West Coast to East Coast of Scotland over 2 days via Cycling, Running & Kayaking
  • In 2015 we trained a group of 20 who all successfully completed a Canoeing & Mountain Biking Challenge in the Forest of Dean
