At Woodbyne Fitness Clinic we specialise in Group Training because we believe that this is the most successful format for fitness training
We encourage our users to ideally sign up to two weekly Group Training sessions with us to include a Circuit Training class & a CV Endurance Training class.
Together these provide a balanced all round training regime - Circuit training targets muscular strength whilst the CV classes target muscular endurance & core strength

We do not offer traditional gym membership where clients come & use the facilities as & when they want
Instead we offer monthly membership to one or more of our evening Group Training Classes
